The Clinton campaign has complained that Obama is encouraging out-of-state students in Iowa to register locally and participate in the caucuses, but it in fact it is considered normal and proper to register in the location where one resides.

South Carolina Senator Reese switches from Biden to Obama
State Sen. Glenn Reese of South Carolina said Friday that he was switching his support from Sen. Joe Biden to Sen. Barack Obama because he believed Barack could better unify the country.
