Inaugural parade to start at 2:30 pm EST

Large crowds of people are preparing to watch President Barack Obama's inaugural parade from Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House.

Tonight at the inaugural ball, Beyonce will serenade Barack and Michelle during the first dance.
