Video: Obamas at Neighborhood Ball
President Barack Obama and and First Lady Michelle at the Neighborhood Ball, the first of ten balls they will attend tonight. The two danced the first dance to a serenade of Etta James' "At Last" by Beyonce. It is expected that the Obamas will continue to celebrate until after 2:30 pm EST.
