Michelle sends out first fundraising letter

Michelle Obama reportedly sent out her first fundraising letter to Women for Obama bringing up more comments about the Barack-Michelle relationship.

Michelle often states how she plays the role of 'earth-level repositioner' to Barack. These comments have led to some criticism including Maureen Dowd characterizing them as "emasculating."

How old-fashioned. The last president to have a strong wife was Bill Clinton. It was partly because of his relationship with his wife that Clinton was sometimes characterized as the first black President of the United States.

Let's hope Michelle Obama will be the first black First Lady of the United States.
