Public healthcare summit illustrates partisan divide
As expected there was no real compromise during today's extraordinary healthcare reform summit.
After the long summit ended, President Barack Obama and the Democrats indicated they would be willing to pass healthcare reform without Republican support if necessary. However, Obama suggested a six week deadline for Republicans to join in passing legislation.
