Obama holds town hall meeting in Montana

President Barack Obama took to the road personally campaigning for his health reform plan.

Today, Obama appeared at a town hall meeting in Montana. The discussions were reported as civil and courteous. There had been some fear that the meeting could suffer disruptions as seen in some of the congressional town hall meetings.

The town hall meeting has become a prominent feature of the Obama administration.

President Obama got a few pointed questions at his Montana town hall, but nothing like the shouting matches we have seen elsewhere.

Town hall meetings are a great idea and the outbursts in previos ones are barbaric... If one has a problem, one should logically and civily convey it.

I think town hall meetings are great to get people on board with certain agendas. The way people have reacted at other meetings is barbaric; if one has a problem, convey it logically and in a civil manner.
