Town hall meetings are a great idea and the outbursts in previos ones are barbaric... If one has a problem, one should logically and civily convey it.
I think town hall meetings are great to get people on board with certain agendas. The way people have reacted at other meetings is barbaric; if one has a problem, convey it logically and in a civil manner.
