Obama, Netanyahu to meet in White House

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu making his first visit to the United States during the Barack Obama's presidency meets with Obama in the White House today.

Obama and Netanyahu have wide differences on how to resolve the crisis between Israel and the Palestinians creating the widest gap between Washington and Jerusalem since Netanyahu's last term during the Clinton administration.

The U.S. president is expected to intensify focus on a two-state solution after those efforts were mostly submerged during George W. Bush's tenure.
