Sen. Barack Obama will appear at the National Council of La Raza conference in Miami next week along with Hillary Clinton and Al Sharpton.
Univision will broadcast the event which will also be used to launch a drive to register new Latino voters nationwide.
Four supporters dine with Barack
Four donors who won a contest last quarter dined with the candidate in Washington. The guests were treated to an all-expense paid trip to the capital, a site-seeing tour of the city and dinner with Barack.
One of the original guests, Florida firefighter Jennifer Lasko, decided not to attend after it was discovered she had underwent a sex change operation. Christina Cheatham, a senior at Georgia College and State University, was selected to take her place.
