Excitement is building in Springfield, Illinois where Saturday Senator Barack Obama will officially announce he is running president . The candidate hopeful reportedly spent last weekend courting potential investors from the high tech industry, Broadway and Wall Street in New York City. He already has Alan Solomont, a top Democratic fundraiser from Boston area and Lou Susman of Chicago, John Kerry's former national finance director, on his team.

The Obama campaign has located its headquarters in a high-rise on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
They are leasing an 33,500-square-foot floor from Accenture Ltd., the big consulting company, for up to two years.
