Obama's climate plan might face Democratic opposition

President Barack Obama's climate change plan might run into some trouble according to some Senate Democratic budget leaders.

Republicans are the only ones opposing the plan as some conservative Democrats are also worried that industrial states will be hard hit by Obama's cap-and-trade proposal.

The administration is considering horse-trading with the conservatives or so-called "Blue Dog Democrats" during budget negotiations in order to get the climate plan through as part of an overall deal.
