Obama said that 90 percent of the jobs created or saved by his economic package would come from the private sector.
“The jobs we create will be in businesses large and small across a wide range of industries,” Mr. Obama said. “And they’ll be the kind of jobs that don’t just put people to work in the short term, but position our economy to lead the world in the long-term.”
The Obama plan aims at creating 3.7 million new jobs -- a figure that has grown from the one million jobs promised during the campaign.

This is an emergency-plan, a first aid. But unless the cause of the problem, the rule of a few people in great corporations (greed) is solved, the problems in economy will once again return.
The idea of a "free market" run by a few is in my eyes a disaster.
Obama's plan can be a realistic remedy for the presen ailing of the US economy. Here you American and world community should know that I have presented a SEMFO Economic Plan to combat such situation. Let me see if USA or other global leaders/stakeholders avail my SEMFO Plan (www.saeedabasi.blogspot.com.
