Supreme Court dismisses Obama eligibility appearl

Today, the Supreme Court knocked down an appeal challenging President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president. This silly case was based on the unsubstantiated claim that Obama was a British subject at birth.

The groups backing the case though kept appealing bringing it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
