Internal review clears Obama in Blagojevich case

Barack Obama's internal review cleared the president-elect and his team of any inappropriate contacts with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich regarding Obama's vacated senate seat.

However, an internal review is unlikely to stop Obama's foes from attempting to link him with the scandal. The group Media Matters has been tracking the attempts in the media to taint Obama with the Blagojevich brush. Sean Hannity from Fox News has made a big deal about the number of times Obama's name is mentioned in the complaint against Blagojevich. However, this is perfectly understandable as the whole case revolves around Obama's old senate seat!
