California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger opened an international climate change summit Tuesday in Beverly Hills with special guest President-elect Barack Obama.
Schwarzenegger wants to reduce emissions by 33 percent in California by the year 2020.

Schwarzenegger's conference included government officials from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland and the United Kingdom.
