Hillary Clinton Pledges Support for Barack Obama

Sen. Hillary Clinton enthusiastically endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for president in a speech that an Obama strategist called "very generous."

In what must have been a difficult situation, Clinton used Obama campaign slogans like "Yes, we can," calling on her supporters to unite behind the Democratic nominee.

She stated that the road against John McCain and the Republicans will not be easy, but that much change is possible if a Democratic president is elected.

I think it was a good effort on her part, and the Obama website has posted a form asking his supporters to thank Hillary for her endorsement.
