Kentucky: Polls Are Open Now

Today, Barack Obama should win enough pledged delegates in the Oregon and Kentucky contests to take the majority in the pledged delegate count.

Polls in Kentucky are open now until 6:00 PM tonight, and anyone in line by 6:00 PM will be allowed to vote. You can find your polling location now using our online lookup tool.

Here are a few things you should know before you head to the polls today:

  • Go to the polls early if you can, and make sure you don't get stuck at work and miss your chance to vote.

  • If you are a registered Democrat and will be 18 or older by November 4th, 2008, you can vote in today's Democratic primary.
  • All voters must bring an ID or be personally acquainted with the precinct officer. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, a Social Security card, a credit card, or any ID card with both the voter's picture and signature.

  • Polls are open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you are in line when the polls close at 6:00 p.m., you have the right to vote.
  • If you have questions or need a ride to your polling place, please call our voter hotline at 866-675-2008.
