Barack Obama in South Bend, Indiana

Barack Obama talks in South Bend, Indiana about the Iraq War that will probably end up costing more than $1 trillion and thousands of lives. The war has not increased the security of the United States, Obama notes. A crowd of 3,500 gathered for the April 9 rally.
