Obama News on Friday

The Obama campaign is now saturating 24 states with television ads as Barack and Michelle stump largely in smaller states until Sunday when Barack appears in Delaware.

On the endorsement front. The Nation, the Chicago Sun-Times, The Brooklyn Paper, Aspen Times (CO), Oneonta Daily Star (NY), Eagle Tribune (MA) and The Salem News (MA) are backing Barack Obama.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut is expected to endorse Obama on Saturday.

Tiger Woods heaped praise on Obama during a golf tournament in Dubai.

“I’ve seen him speak. He’s extremely articulate, very thoughtful,” Woods said. “I’m just impressed at how well, basically all politicians really do, how well they think on their feet. Especially those debates. It’s pretty phenomenal to see them get their point across. But I just think that he’s really inspired a bunch of people in our country and we’ll see what happens down the road.”

From Roland Martin, we learn that Clarence B. Jones Martin Luther King's lawyer and speechwriter, and author of "What Martin Would Say," has endorsed Barack Obama.
