Endorse-O-Thon

There's a new group on Facebook called Endorse-O-Thon, that encourages MoveOn.org to endorse Barack Obama and let their people know about their choice.

The opinions of trusted friends and family are more persuasive to most voters than anything else. Millions of Americans who will vote this Tuesday in 22 states are still undecided or uncommitted—and you know some of them!

That's why we're launching a personal Endorse-O-Thon for Barack Obama. If you support Obama, can you send a short personal note to some of your friends and family explaining why? Click the link below to tell us how many people you'll email, to see some sample letters, to see how many others are doing it:

Our NEW goal is 75,000 person-to-person endorsements by Monday, Feb. 4th—if you email or send Facebook messages to 10 people, that brings us 10 notches closer to the goal.

If ever there were a time to tell your friends and family what you think about the presidential race, it's now, days before half the country votes!

Of course, you don't have to be a MoveOn.org member to pass the word on.

What do you think about the Hillary joke on Mahatma Gandhi running a gas station and then underscoring Martin Luther King Jr accomplishment who ran on Gandhi's principle and instead endorsing LBJ for civil right's.
