Europeans favor Barack Obama among candidates

Two polls from Europe, one on the progressive blog of Social Europe Journal, and the other from conservative blogger Iain Dale, suggest Barack Obama is the most popular among U.S. presidential candidates across the Atlantic.

On Social Europe Blog poll, 41.3% of the readers favored Barack Obama, followed by Hillary Clinton with 35.8%. John Edwards came in third with 12.1%.

On Iain Dale's poll, surprisingly more than 50 percent liked Obama compared to only 23 percent for Clinton.
