Gov. Timothy M. Kaine will be coming to Iowa this weekend to campaign for Sen. Barack Obama with elections over in his home state of Virginia.
"In Virginia and the rest of our great nation, people from across the political spectrum are excited by Senator Obama's commitment to uniting our country to make progress on the issues that matter to everyday Americans," Kaine said in a statement.
Kaine will stump in Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Waverly, Charles City, Osage, Mason City, Algona, Fort Dodge and Webster City, and plans another out-of-state trip for Obama this year.
Barack speaks of the fundamental need for a spirit not just of bipartisanship but of truly approaching America's problems together with all Americans.
