I believe Senator Obama isn't making enough of a distinction between himself and Hillary
on subjects that really matter.
For instance, I believe that Hillary has made a very bad decision to support the
continuation of lobbyist's gifts to congress. Her argument is that these gifts haven't in the
past and won't in the future influence her positions on issues. What Obama's campaign
should point out is the irrelevance of this argument. It's not the influence on HER votes
that we citizens are worried about but the influence on the hundreds of present and future
Congressmen's votes that are the primary concern. Her position represents a continuation
of the past errors (corruption) of our government rather than the NEW DIRECTION that Obama represents.
