Barack Obama won the MoveOn poll with results quite similar to those of the Democracy for American straw poll:
Obama - 27.9 percent
Edwards 24.7 percent
Kucinich - 17.2 percent
Richardson - 12.3 percent
Clinton - 10.7 percent
Biden - 6.2 percent
Dodd - 1.1 percent
MoveOn members tend to be a bit "left" of the ordinary Democrat, and remember this poll only surveys people online. It could be important in the future, if MoveOn decides to endorse one or more of the candidates.
Sister launches Hawaiian support
Barack's sister Maya Soetoro-Ng sent an email to 800 potential supporters in Hawai'i last night extolling her brother's virtues.
The email said that Obama was "sharp, loving, and makes a mean chili."
