Team Obama holds conference call with colleges

Obama campaign representative Bill Burton held a 15 minute conference call with 25 college newspapers telling them that the universities would play an important role in the Obama campaign.

"If you look at his schedule, he's spent a lot of time on college campuses," Burton said during the call. "This is a different kind of election."

The candidate's massive support among young voters has given him stronger online support than even Howard Dean enjoyed. Dean was able to raise lots of money online where the average donation over the primary was about $80.
