People still surging toward Barack Obama

Today, an estimated 16,000 people will cheer for Obama as he lands in Austin, Texas, an obviously important state for any future nominee.

The candidate will be in Cleveland, Ohio on Feb. 26 and at the AFSCME Council in Chicago on Mar. 3.

Oprah reiterates support for Obama

Megastar Oprah Winfrey said publicly she will back Barack Obama on the Ellen Degeneres' chat show on Thursday. The endorsement might help the senator cut through some of Clinton's support among women among whom Oprah is highly popular. "I'm feeling Barack," said Winfrey.
