Barack Obama to speak at National Council of La Raza

Barack Obama wills speak at the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) today as it celebrates 40 years of activism in the Latino Community.

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and other Latino leaders have been campaigning hard for Obama within the Latino community.

The Latino vote is critical in a number of swing states including New Mexico, Nevada and Florida.
